Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for purchasing at Telefonía_MX!

We offer partial refunds and/or exchanges within the first minutes of your purchase. If your eSIM has already been shipped, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Refunds:

  • The shipment must not have been made and a maximum of 30 minutes must pass from the time of your purchase.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only eSIMs can be refunded; refills are not eligible.
  • Only a partial refund will be made, that is, transaction costs, processing and expenses cannot be refunded (approximately 10% of the total amount paid).
  • No refunds will be given if the device is not compatible.

Changes:

As part of our guarantee, we only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If the QR code provided is not valid, you will be provided with another eSIM without recharging.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
