If your order is generated between 12:00am and 6:45pm, you will receive the QR code of your new eSIM the same day in your email in an approximate period of 30 minutes, within a time frame of 11:00am to 8:45pm ( CDMX time). If it is not received within these times, the QR will be sent the next day.
Activate Data Roaming
For iOS and Samsung devices, go to Settings, then Cellular data or Connections > Mobile networks > and turn on Data roaming. Save changes to ensure an optimal connection.
