Quick Guide

Apple (iPhone and iPad)

Compatible models: iPhone XS / XR or later and iPads with cellular chip.

One-click installation (iOS 26 or later)

Tap “Install my eSIM” in the delivery email and follow the instructions.

Installation with QR

  1. Settings › Cellular Data › Add eSIM.
  2. Select Use QR code and scan it.
  3. Tap Add cellular plan and wait for activation.

Manual installation

Settings › Cellular Data › Add eSIM › Enter details manually › Enter SM-DP+ and your code.

Samsung

Compatible models: From Galaxy S20, Note 20, Z Flip / Fold or later.

Installation with QR

  1. Settings › Connections › SIM Manager › Add mobile plan.
  2. Scan the QR code and confirm.

Manual installation

Select Add using activation code and enter SM-DP+ and your code.

Google Pixel

Compatible models: Pixel 3 and later (includes Fold and A-series). Installation with QR 1. Settings › Network & Internet › SIMs › Add eSIM. 2. Scan the QR code and accept. Manual installation Choose Enter activation code, type SM-DP+ and your code.

  2. Scan the QR code and activate.

Select Enter activation code and enter SM-DP+ and your code.

Compatible models: P40 / P50 / Mate 40 / Mate 50 / global Xs. Installation with QR 1. Settings › SIM Management › Add eSIM. 2. Scan the QR and confirm. Manual installation Choose Enter manually, enter SM-DP+ and your code.

Recent models from brands like OPPO, Xiaomi, HONOR, Sony, Lenovo, among others, include eSIM compatibility.

General steps to install your eSIM:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to the “Connections,” “Mobile Network,” or “SIM” section
  3. Tap the “Add eSIM” or “Manage SIM” option
  4. Choose the installation method: Scan the QR code or enter the data manually if your device allows it
  5. Accept the terms and install the profile
