• eSIM Neww: Activation can be done in both the United States and Mexico, in native coverage or in roaming.
• Local, Regional and Global eSIM: Installation can be done anywhere, but it will only be activated under the network and country specified in the product description.

• Activation Call: Call *611 after installing your eSIM and wait 20 seconds.
• Confirmation via Email: Send an email with the assigned number to complete the activation.

Portability process in eSIM AT&T and Neww

It is crucial to understand that when selecting to port your number to a new eSIM, a provisional number will be assigned during the 24-48 hour process. Once completed, your desired number will be linked automatically.

APN Settings

To configure the APN of your National (Newww), Local, Regional or Global eSIM, follow the steps specified in the product description or in the PDF sent in the delivery email.
