Portability: Keep your current number easily. Text "NIP" to 051 and you will receive a 4-digit code that you will need for portability. Add the AT&T eSIM to your cart, select the portability option and, in the notes, write your number and PIN. Portability will be completed within 24 hours (requests Monday through Saturday before 5:00 pm). While processing, you will receive a temporary number for calls and data.

Can I change my AT&T SIM to eSIM?
No. Portability is only possible if the number does not belong to the same company (including Unefon). In this case, you can generate a port to your Neww eSIM and once 30 days pass, generate it back to AT&T.
Can an eSIM be activated on an Apple Watch?
Currently, our eSIMs are only available in prepaid mode. To activate an eSIM on an Apple Watch, you need to have a rental plan with Telcel or AT&T.
How can I know how many megabytes I have consumed?
To know your consumption of megabytes, calls and SMS, download and register in the corresponding application. For example, if your eSIM is from AT&T, you can do it in the AT&T app.
How can I top up my balance on my eSIM?
If you have an AT&T eSIM, you can recharge your balance in any physical or digital medium that accepts recharges from the company, providing your phone number.
What to do if my eSIM QR code has expired?
The QR code is for single use only. If you need a replacement for AT&T, visit a company store and request a new QR code with the same number.
What to do if my number is already ported but is not updated in the eSIM?
If your eSIM is from AT&T, go to Settings > Messages > iMessage > Send and receive > Select the temporary number. The number will be automatically updated to the ported number.
What happens if I don't use my number in 30 days?
Your line can remain active for up to 90 days without recharging. If you do not recharge within that time, the line will be automatically deactivated.
