Installation and Requirements
Purchase and install your T Mobile eSIM while you are in the United States. Your T Mobile eSIM includes the selected plan and is linked from the date we send your T Mobile eSIM to your email. The installation of your T Mobile chip is via QR code (one-time use) and a notification of the T Mobile chip is sent to your device's EID.
This T Mobile SIM requires the latest version of the Android or iOS operating system.
You must be in the United States for your T Mobile USA eSIM to activate.
Your Line
New line: your eSIM is activated with a random area code. If you wish to change it, you can request the adjustment directly with T-Mobile support.
From the validity of the included plan, you only need to recharge the amount of your plan to maintain your T Mobile eSIM. If you prefer, your T Mobile prepaid SIM can remain for up to 60 days without recharging.

50 USD: Unlimited data, calls, and messages within the U.S.
55 USD: Unlimited data, calls, and messages in the U.S. + 5 GB in Mexico and Canada.
65 USD: Unlimited data, calls (national and international), and messages in the U.S.
70 USD: Unlimited data, calls (national and international), and messages in the U.S. + 5 GB in Mexico and Canada.
Data-free packages outside the U.S. can be activated in Mexico and Canada, but data only works within the U.S. After 50 GB, the speed may drop to 128 Kbps.
You can recharge your T Mobile USA eSIM at any physical or virtual location that accepts T-Mobile recharges.

Warranty
72-hour warranty on your T Mobile virtual chip. It only applies to issues related to the QR code, except if the T Mobile eSIM is removed and reinstalled. It does not cover issues due to misuse, installation on incompatible devices, or problems related to incorrect installation.

QR Code/EID
The QR code/notification to the EID is for one-time use and cannot be scanned/sent more than once to your T Mobile pl eSIM. Contact support in case of any issues.
Activation
Your T Mobile prepaid chip requires coverage exclusively in the United States to be activated; it cannot be activated in another country. We recommend purchasing and installing/activating your eSIM while already in the United States.
Prepaid option
The T Mobile eSIM price includes the selected plan. The T Mobile prepaid SIM is prepaid: you are not subject to a rental plan. Once the included recharge in your order is finished, you can recharge only the amount you choose. The line can remain for up to 60 days without recharging.
