Important

Packages without data outside the U.S. can be activated in Mexico and Canada, but data will only be available within the U.S. After 50 GB, the speed may be reduced to 128 Kbps.

Warranty and Support

Your eSIM includes a 72-hour warranty in case of issues with the QR code. You can request a replacement for 199 MXN if necessary. Remember: this eSIM must be activated in the United States, Mexico, or Canada and is non-refundable.
