Installation By Notification

If your device is compatible, the eSIM is activated automatically using your EID and IMEI, without the need to scan QR codes or enter details manually. You will receive a direct notification in Settings to complete the installation in seconds, making the process even faster and easier.

Additionally, as a backup, you will also receive an email with a QR code ready to be scanned.

Customize Your Line

New Line

All eSIMs include a local number with the pre-assigned area code 213. If you need a specific area code or want to customize your line with your name, make sure to write it in the order notes when making your purchase and acquiring a package of 30, 60, or 90 days. Otherwise, any area code and name will be automatically assigned to the line.

Technical Compatibility

Make sure your device has the latest version of iOS to ensure optimal performance. Remote installation via SM-DP+ is available on compatible iPhones and some Android models.

"Packages that do not include data outside the U.S. can be activated in Mexico and Canada, but data will only be available within the United States. After consuming 50 GB, the speed may be reduced to 128 Kbps, ideal for basic tasks like messaging, while always ensuring that you stay connected."

Warranty and Support

Your eSIM includes a 72-hour guarantee in case of problems with the QR. You can request a replacement for 199 MXN if necessary. Remember: the QR is for one-time use, must be activated in the United States, Mexico, or Canada, and is non-refundable.
