In which countries does it work?

We have eSIMs for Mexico, the United States, Europe, and over 100 countries. Some include unlimited data, calls, and SMS, while others include only data. Check each product for more details.

Is my device compatible with eSIM?

Your phone must be unlocked and have eSIM technology. General compatibility:

iPhone: models from XS onwards.
iPad: models with eSIM support.
Samsung / Pixel / Huawei: only devices with active eSIM.

How long does it take to activate?

Delivery is immediate. You will receive an email instantly and you can install it in minutes.

Can I use these eSIMs in Mexico?

Yes. We have eSIMs with national coverage like AT&T, Virgin, Newww, Axios, and Bait. Some include calls, SMS, and roaming in the U.S. and Canada.

Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?

No. eSIM transfer is not available for prepaid lines in Mexico. Only Telcel and AT&T allow transfers on rental plans and only between iPhones.

Can I convert my physical SIM to eSIM?

This is only possible with Telcel and only for iPhones. You must go to a customer service center.

Can I keep my number?

Yes. You can port to another compatible eSIM. This is ideal if you cannot make the conversion from your current operator.

Portability options by operator:

If your current line is Telcel, you can port to AT&T, Virgin, Bait, Axios, or Newww.
If it is AT&T: you can port to Virgin, Bait, Axios, or Newww.
If it is Movistar: you can port to any of the above.

What does my eSIM package include?

It depends on the product. You can get unlimited data or by GB, calls, SMS, a local or international number, and hotspot without restriction. Check each option on its page.

How do I recharge my eSIM?

It depends on the provider. Some are recharged in the official app, others via WhatsApp or with direct links in your email. All instructions are included in the delivery email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit or credit cards, Mercado Pago, Kueski Pay, and more than 30 foreign currencies.

What should I do if I have problems with the eSIM?

We offer a 72-hour warranty in case of issues with the QR code. Our support team is available via WhatsApp or email to assist you.
