Your mobile phone must be compatible with eSIM and unlocked to use networks from other operators.

Activating eSIM is quick: you can install your eSIM from the delivery email, by scanning the QR code, or by entering the details manually according to your device.

Before purchasing eSIM, check in your phone's settings if it allows adding eSIM.

WhatsApp and Your Line

Yes, you can continue using WhatsApp with your same number.

On most compatible devices, you can also keep your physical SIM active and use your eSIM for data during your trip. This way, you maintain your main line and browse without relying on roaming.

If You Delete Your eSIM

Some eSIMs cannot be reinstalled after being deleted, which is why we recommend not deleting it once installed.
