New line
To request a new line, select Zone 6 during checkout.
A Mexican number beginning with 6 will be assigned. The remaining 9 digits are generated automatically.
Porting
You can keep a number that currently belongs to a carrier other than Movistar.
To port to Movistar eSIM, select the porting option during checkout and enter your number, PIN, and CURP.
The process takes approximately 24 to 48 business hours.
SIM replacement
This product does not allow you to replace an existing physical Movistar SIM with an eSIM.
If you want to switch to Movistar eSIM, this product is only for a new line or porting from another carrier.
REQUIRED Linking
By official regulation, the line must be linked to the account holder’s identity.
Your line will remain without service until linking is completed successfully.
Once linking is approved, the top-up included with your purchase is released automatically.
You have a maximum of 10 days to install your eSIM and complete linking your line. After that period, activation may no longer be available.

El proceso de compra fue muy rápido, la entrega en tiempo y forma, ningún problema con la activación de la esim, el trámite con telefoníamx de lujo sin duda vuelvo a confiar en ellos.
Respecto al servicio de Movistar en algunas zonas de plano no tengo cobertura pero eso ya es cuestión de la telefonía, las llamadas funcionan muy bien pero no tiene VoLTE, en datos muy mal me da solo 2 megas de velocidad quizá sea mi celular no lo sé habría que hacer mas pruebas aclaro que es un teléfono americano desbloqueado adquirido en Amazon pero con Telcel funciona de maravilla. En alguna oportunidad podré hacer pruebas en otras ciudades espero tener buenos resultados.
La compra fue fácil de hacer, muy rapido seguimiento que me dieron por correo, la portabilidad se hizo en 24 horas y estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio
