Installation and Requirements

Purchase and install your Verizon eSIM while you are in the United States. Your Verizon eSIM includes the selected recharge and is linked from the date we send your eSIM to your email. The installation is via QR code (one-time use) and a notification is sent to your device's EID.

This Verizon eSIM requires the latest version of the Android or iOS operating system.

You must be in the United States for your Verizon eSIM to be activated.

Your Line

New line: your Verizon eSIM is activated with a random area code. If you wish to change it, you can request the adjustment directly with Verizon support.

From the validity of the included recharge, you only need to recharge the amount of your recharge to maintain your Verizon eSIM. If you prefer, your Verizon eSIM can remain for up to 60 days without recharging.

Recharges

60: Unlimited data, calls, and messages in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

After 50 GB, the speed may drop to 128 Kbps. 25 GB of data for Hotspot. International data is reduced to 3G speed after 2 GB daily.

You can recharge your eSIM at any physical or virtual location that accepts Verizon recharges.

Coverage and Features

Connect at maximum speed with the national 5G UWB (Ultra Wideband) network on your eSIM. Your eSIM includes high-definition calls (VoLTE and VoWiFi) and the freedom to transfer your eSIM if you change devices.

Warranty

72-hour warranty. Only applies to issues related to the QR code, except if the Verizon eSIM is removed and reinstalled. Does not cover issues due to misuse, installation on incompatible devices, or problems related to incorrect installation.
