Additionally, as a backup, you will also receive an email with a QR code ready to be scanned.

All eSIMs include a local number with a randomly assigned area code. If you want a specific area code, you can request a change at no additional cost by calling Verizon support once your eSIM is active.

Ideal for streaming in DVD quality (up to 480p), social media, and smooth browsing. Once the 50 GB are consumed, the speed may be temporarily reduced during times of high congestion.

25 GB of Premium Data for Hotspot: Turn into a Wi-Fi hotspot and share 25 GB of data on the 5G/4G LTE network with other devices. After consuming them, you can continue using the hotspot with reduced speeds of 3 Mbps on 5G Ultra-Wideband and 600 Kbps on 5G/4G LTE.

Coverage in Mexico and Canada: Unlimited calls, messages, and data in Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. International data is reduced to 3G speed after 2 GB daily. To maintain coverage, no more than 50% of your usage should be outside the U.S. during a 60-day period.

Warranty and Support

Your eSIM includes a 72-hour warranty in case of issues with the QR code. You can request a replacement for 199 MXN if necessary. Remember: the QR code is for one-time use and must be activated in the United States. It is non-refundable.
