QR Code: open Settings > Cellular Network > Add eSIM and scan the QR code we sent you.

Manual installation: open Settings > Cellular Network > Add eSIM > Enter details manually and input the SM-DP+ address and your activation code.

What does “multiple networks” mean?

Our eSIM automatically detects and connects to the best available network, so you never lose connection.

Warranty and Backup

Your connection is protected. If any problem arises with your QR code in the first 72 hours, we will send you a new one at no additional cost.

Recharge Your eSIM Easily

The EuroPass eSIM can only be recharged at the end of your package's validity with a 10% automatic discount, either with the same package or another available within the same product.

To do this, just click on “Recharge my eSIM” within the delivery email.

Your eSIM will remain active for 60 days without recharge; after this time, it will be deactivated and you will need to purchase a new one.
