Warranty and Backup 

Your connection is protected. If any problem arises with your QR code in the first 72 hours, we will send you a new one at no additional cost.

Recharge Your eSIM Easily

The UnityPass eSIM can be recharged at any time with a 10% automatic discount, whether with the same package or another available within the same product.

If you recharge before the validity ends, the new validity will automatically apply once the active package concludes.

To do this, just click on “Recharge my eSIM” within the delivery email.

Your eSIM can remain active for up to 60 days without a recharge; after this time, it will be deactivated and you will need to purchase a new one.
