How to install your eSIM?

You have three easy ways to do it:

One-click installation: available on iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later. Just tap the 'Install my eSIM' button you will receive in your delivery email.

QR Code: open Settings > Cellular Network > Add eSIM and scan the QR code we sent you.

Manual installation: open Settings > Cellular Network > Add eSIM > Enter details manually and input the SM-DP+ address and your activation code.

Recharge Your eSIM Easily

The Amazonia eSIM can be recharged at any time with an automatic 10% discount, whether with the same package or another available within the same product.

If you recharge before the validity period ends, the new validity will be automatically applied when the active package concludes.

To do this, just click on “Recharge my eSIM” within the delivery email.

Your eSIM can remain active for up to 60 days without a recharge; after this time, it will be deactivated and you will need to purchase a new one.
