The process may require access to the operator's portal, photos of the document and validation using the camera.
How to link your line
The process is completed with your eSIM operator.
Install your eSIM
Follow the instructions included in your delivery email.
Check your delivery email
There you will find the product instructions and, when applicable, access to complete the linking process.
Go to the operator's portal
Enter your mobile number and follow the instructions.
Verify your identity
The operator may request photos of your identification and validation using the device's camera.
Keep the confirmation
When finished, save the confirmation or reference number provided by your telephone company.
Linking completed
When the operator confirms the registration, the line will be associated with the identity used in the process.

The schedule depends on the last digit of your number.
The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission established a staggered schedule during 2026 to complete the linking process.
