Shipping policy
All our eSIMs are delivered digitally and free of charge to the customer's email. We do not make physical shipments nor do we apply additional charges for delivery.
Operator eSIMs for Mexico and the United States:
Any eSIM that includes the name of an operator (such as Telcel, AT&T, Movistar, T-Mobile, Verizon, among others) has a maximum processing time of 1 business day from the payment confirmation.
The delivery hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CDMX time) and can be checked in the description of each product.
Other eSIMs (with immediate delivery):
For products where “immediate delivery” is clearly indicated, the shipment is made within a maximum of 3 minutes, at any time, 24/7.
Customer responsibility:
It is the user's responsibility to correctly enter their email address at the time of purchase, as well as to check their spam folder if they do not receive the email in their main inbox.
Global coverage:
Our digital shipments have no geographical restrictions. We can send your eSIM anywhere in the world.
