DELIVERY By email and EID
You will receive your LinkUp eSIM approximately 30 minutes after purchase, between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Mexico City time, every day.
Delivery is made digitally to the email address and EID registered during purchase.
The selected plan starts counting from the date we send your eSIM.

Install and activate in the United States
To install and activate your LinkUp eSIM, you must be physically in the United States and use native AT&T USA coverage.
Install your LinkUp eSIM once you are physically in the United States.
Do not complete this process using roaming networks or another operator’s coverage.
Install via QR code or EID
Installation can be completed using the QR code received by email or the notification sent to your device’s registered EID.
The QR code can only be used once.
Keep your eSIM
Once installed, do not delete the profile from your device.

Keep your line active
When the included plan expires, make a new top-up for the amount of your plan to continue using the line.
If you prefer, your LinkUp eSIM can remain without a new top-up for up to 60 days.
You can make future top-ups through any physical or virtual channel where LinkUp top-ups are accepted.
OUTSIDE THE U.S. Usage and roaming
The plans include calls and messages in the United States, Mexico, and Canada according to the benefits indicated for each option. Although the plans include benefits in Mexico and Canada, the initial installation and activation of your LinkUp eSIM must be performed physically in the United States under native AT&T USA coverage.
Primary use in the United States
The line is designed primarily for use in the United States.
Prolonged or predominantly out-of-country use is not permitted.
If the operator detects prolonged or primarily international use, it may suspend the line and block the associated IMEI on its network.

PROTECTED PURCHASE Warranty
72 hours
The warranty applies during the first 72 hours only to issues related to your LinkUp eSIM’s QR code.
It does not apply if the LinkUp eSIM was deleted after installation and an attempt is subsequently made to install it again.
It also does not cover issues resulting from misuse, installation on incompatible devices, or incorrect installation.
