Your Supr eSIM includes a local Mexican number, data, calls, and SMS. It works on a prepaid basis, and the price already includes the top-up you select.
With a Supr eSIM, you can activate a new line or keep your current number through porting, without using a physical SIM.
DELIVERY By email
You will receive your Supr eSIM approximately 30 minutes after completing your purchase, between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Mexico City time, every day.
The eSIM is delivered digitally by email.

Use the latest available version of Android or iOS before starting the installation.
Buy and install in Mexico
The purchase and installation of this Supr eSIM must be completed while you are physically in Mexico and connected to Supr's native network coverage to complete the installation and activation correctly.
Install via QR
Your Supr eSIM is installed using a one-time-use QR code. After installing it, do not delete the device's profile.

When choosing a new line, you can select a number series from the available options.
You can also choose “Other” and enter the series you prefer in the corresponding field.
The final assignment is subject to availability.
Porting
You can also keep your current number through self-porting exclusively from the Supr app.
First install your eSIM and correctly complete the linking process for your line.
The process takes approximately 24 to 48 business hours. During that period, the number assigned to your eSIM will work as a temporary number.
No SIM replacement
This product is for a new line or porting to Supr via eSIM.
It does not convert an existing physical Supr SIM into an eSIM or replace an already active Supr line.
REQUIRED Linking
By official requirement, you must link the account holder's identity to your Supr line.

For Mexican citizens, you can complete the linking process using your INE, passport, or CURP. For foreigners, you must use a passport.
Service and top-up After completing linking
Your line will remain without service until the linking has been completed and correctly approved.
Once linking is approved, the top-up included with your purchase will be released automatically.
Linking period Maximum 10 days
You have a maximum of 10 days to install your eSIM and complete linking your line. After that period, the QR code will expire.
PREPAID Top-ups
Your Supr eSIM includes the top-up selected at the time of purchase.
Afterward, you can make new top-ups through any physical or virtual channel, or from the Supr app wherever Supr top-ups are accepted.
