When to Choose This eSIM

Everything you need to have a local number in Mexico with your Supr eSIM. Activate a new line or transfer your current number to have calls, SMS, and data with top-ups.

Installation and Requirements

Purchase and install your eSIM in Mexico. Your eSIM includes the selected top-up, is activated, and links from the date your Supr SIM is installed. Installation is via QR code (one-time use).

This eSIM requires the latest version of the Android or iOS operating system.

You must be in Mexico for your eSIM to activate.

By official regulation, you must link your line with your INE, CURP, or passport (applies to foreigners and locals) to your line. A link will be sent to complete the process in the delivery email. Your eSIM will remain inactive until it is linked. More information here.

Your Line

New line: select a Numeric Series from the available options (these are the first 2 or 3 digits of the number to be assigned) or choose “Other” and write it in the provided field.

Portability: transfer your current number to your eSIM through self-portability in the Supr app. The process takes 24 to 48 business hours, and during that period, the included number will be your temporary number.

From the validity of the included top-up, you only need to recharge the amount of your top-up to maintain your line. If you prefer, your eSIM can remain up to 60 days without recharging.

Warranty

72-hour warranty on your eSIM. Applies only to issues related to the QR code, except if the eSIM is deleted and reinstalled. Does not cover issues due to misuse, installation on incompatible devices, or problems related to incorrect installation.

Before Hiring eSIM Supr

QR Code

The QR code is for one-time use and cannot be scanned more than once. Contact support in case of any issues.

Activation

When purchasing eSIM Supr, it requires coverage exclusively in Mexico to be activated; it cannot be activated in another country. We recommend buying and installing/activating your eSIM while you are in Mexico.

Identity Linking

By official order, mandatory linking with INE, CURP, or passport is required, without exceptions. If you are a tourist, you will NOT be able to link your line with a passport, only locals. The line remains inactive until the linking is completed through the link included in the delivery email.

Prepaid Mode

The price includes the selected recharge. The Supr eSIM is prepaid: you are not subject to a rental plan. Once the included recharge in your order is finished, you can recharge only the amount you choose. The line can remain for up to 60 days without recharging.

Line Management

You can download the Supr app to manage your usage and account, top up your line, and purchase additional add-ons.
