ORANGE ESIM EUROPE

Your line for Europe

Your Orange eSIM includes a Spanish operator line with an assigned number, data, and calls for use mainly in Spain and within the included roaming coverage of the European Union.

With an Orange eSIM, you can travel around Europe with a traditional Orange mobile line in digital format, without relying on a physical SIM card.

DELIVERY

Directly by email from Orange

You will receive your Orange eSIM approximately 15 minutes after completing the purchase, between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Mexico City time, every day.

Delivery is made via an email sent directly by Orange, where you will receive your Orange eSIM and the QR code to install it.

BEFORE TRAVELING Installation

The selected package starts counting from the date Orange sends your eSIM by email. Therefore, we suggest making the purchase 1 day before your flight departs or 1 day before your arrival in Europe.

01

Choose when to install it

We recommend installing your Orange eSIM once you are in Spain or any of the countries included in the roaming coverage.

You can also install it from another country before arriving in Europe. In that case, the line will not activate until you reach an area with Orange coverage or included roaming.

02

Update your device

Use the latest available version of Android or iOS before starting the installation of your Orange eSIM.

03

Install via QR code

Your Orange eSIM is installed using a one-time-use QR code. After installing it, keep the profile on your device.

04

Connect upon arrival

When you arrive in Spain or an included country, use Orange coverage or an available roaming network so your line can activate and connect.

Keep your eSIM

The QR code is for one-time use only. Once your Orange digital SIM is installed, do not delete the device profile.

This format may also be identified as an Orange virtual SIM, Orange virtual SIM card, Orange virtual SIM card, or Orange virtual chip.
