First install your eSIM and correctly complete the linking of your line. Then complete the number porting process directly through the Axios portal.
The process takes approximately 24 to 48 business hours. During this period, the number initially assigned will function as a temporary number.

Your line will remain without service until linking has been completed and correctly approved.
Once the linking is approved, the top-up included with your purchase will be released automatically.

WARRANTY

The warranty applies for 72 hours only to issues related to your eSIM's QR code.
It does not apply if the eSIM is deleted after installation and then an attempt is made to install it again.
It also does not cover issues caused by misuse, installation on incompatible devices, or problems related to incorrect installation.
