Your Llamaya eSIM includes a Spanish operator line with an assigned number, data, and calls according to the selected plan.
Choose a national plan if you will mainly use your line in Spain; you can only activate it there. If your trip includes other European destinations, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, choose a Travel plan, which you can activate in any of the included European destinations.

You will receive your Llamaya eSIM immediately after making the purchase.
Delivery is made via an email sent directly by Llamaya, where you will receive your eSIM and the QR code to install it.

The selected plan starts counting from the date Llamaya sends your eSIM by email.

Use the latest available version of Android or iOS before starting the installation.
Choose when to install it Before the trip or upon arrival
You can install your eSIM before arriving in Europe or wait until you are at your destination.
We suggest making the purchase 1 day before your flight departs or 1 day before your arrival in Europe.
If you install it beforehand from another country, the line will remain inactive until you arrive in an area covered by the selected plan.

Installation is carried out using a one-time-use QR code. After installing your eSIM, keep the profile on your device.
Activate it upon arrival Depends on the selected plan
If you chose a national plan, the line will activate only when you arrive in Spain and it connects to the available coverage.
If you chose a Travel plan, the line will activate when you arrive in any of the countries included in its roaming coverage and it connects to an available network.

The QR code is for one-time use only. Once the eSIM is installed, do not delete the profile from your device.

Once the included plan becomes active, you can make new top-ups to continue using your line.
If you prefer, your eSIM can remain active for up to 4 months without being topped up.

72-hour guarantee QR code protection
The guarantee applies for 72 hours only to issues related to the QR code of your Llamaya eSIM.
Not applicable if the eSIM is deleted after installation and an attempt is subsequently made to install it again.
It also does not cover issues caused by misuse, installation on incompatible devices, or problems related to incorrect installation.
