Installation and Requirements
Buy and install your Llamaya eSIM once you are in Spain (National Plan) or any country included in the European Union roaming (Travel Plan). Your Llamaya eSIM includes the selected plan and is activated from the date we send your eSIM to your email. Installation is via QR code (single use).
This eSIM requires the latest version of the Android or iOS operating system.
To activate your Llamaya SIM, you must be in Spain (National Plan) or any country included in the European Union roaming (Travel Plan).
By official regulation, you must link your eSIM line with a DNI, NIE, passport, or CIF number to your line.
Your Line
New line: your prepaid eSIM includes a number assigned by the operator.
From the validity of the plan, you only need to recharge the amount of your plan to maintain your eSIM. If you prefer, your eSIM can remain active for up to 4 months without recharging.

National 10 EUR: 100 GB in Spain and 15 GB roaming. Unlimited national calls, 400 minutes of calls to 71 international destinations. European Union roaming. Validity: 28 days.

72-hour warranty on your eSIM. Applies only to issues related to the QR code, except if the Orange eSIM is deleted and reinstalled. Does not cover issues due to misuse, installation on incompatible devices, or problems related to incorrect installation.

The QR code is for one-time use and cannot be scanned more than once. Contact support in case of any issues.
Activation
When purchasing your Llamaya eSIM, it requires coverage in Spain (National Bonus) or the EU (Travel Bonus) to activate; it cannot be activated in another country. The validity of the bonus begins upon receiving your eSIM.
Identity linking
By official order, mandatory registration is required with a DNI number, NIE, passport, or CIF, without exceptions.
Prepaid option
The price includes the selected bonus. Your eSIM is prepaid: you are not subject to a plan. Once the included bonus in your order is finished, you can recharge only the bonus you choose for your eSIM.
