Whether it is AT&T, Movistar or Altán, the installation instructions are the same. You can change the default line whenever you need.
In the case of Movistar, it is necessary to dial *611 to complete the activation process once installed.
The QR code on your eSIM can only be scanned once, so if you try to install more than once, your device will display an error message "This code is no longer valid" and no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

Will I receive an SMS with my new line number?
Yes, you should receive an SMS confirming the assigned number or you can view it in Settings > Cellular network > Select your eSIM > My number.
What happens if I chose portability?
You should receive an SMS confirming the assigned temporary number (as if it were a new line) and another confirming the portability.
How long does the portability take?
If the QR code of your new eSIM is sent to your email from Monday to Friday before 5:00 pm, the portability should be ready the next day, otherwise, we ask you to wait a maximum of 48 business hours.
Can I install my eSIM once I receive it if I selected portability?
Yes, however, it is important to mention that if your eSIM is installed before portability ends, the number reflected in the configuration will be provisional and cannot be edited once the number to be ported is linked to your eSIM within a period of 24 within 48 business hours.
What happens if I receive an SMS indicating that the update of my SIM card has failed?
There is nothing to worry about since it is normal, your new eSIM is already activated, so when carrying out the installation process, the system wants to activate it again, which is why it throws this error.
Do I need to dial *228 to activate my new eSIM?
It is not necessary unless indicated in the delivery email.
Can I request a replacement of my eSIM if I change devices?
Yes, for $80 to $120 you can request one by going to a customer service center, the process is immediate and you must carry an official identification with you.

Once you install your eSIM, you must register on the Dialo portal , then enter the required portability data in the corresponding section.

Yes, your number can be edited in Settings > Cellular network > Select your eSIM > My number.
What is the APN of Dialo?
The APN that you must configure on your device is the following: internet.mvno230.com. It is entered in all "Access Point" fields.
What if I can't share the Internet even though I have selected a compatible prepaid plan?
You must make sure that the APN is correctly configured as indicated in the previous point, then restart your device.
Can I request a replacement of my eSIM if I change devices?
