Transactions with consumers in Mexico are subject to applicable Mexican law, including the Federal Consumer Protection Law where applicable.

To make a purchase, you must have the legal capacity to enter into the applicable transaction.

If you are a minor, the purchase must be made with the involvement or authorization of your parent or legal guardian, as applicable.

You may not use our services for fraudulent or unlawful activities or activities that affect the rights of Telefonía_MX, our customers, providers, or third parties.

Telefonía_MX sells eSIMs and other digital connectivity-related services.

Some products are supplied by mobile carriers, technology providers, or national and international partners.

Features may vary between products. Therefore, you should review the eSIM description before completing your purchase.

Before paying, you can review the available product information, its price, and the total for your order.

Applicable prices, discounts, and promotions will be those shown during checkout, subject to their terms where applicable.

After completing a purchase, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.

Some transactions may be subject to checks related to payment, security, availability, or processing.

If, for a valid reason, it is not possible to process or supply a purchased product, we will inform you and review the appropriate solution.

eSIMs are sent to the email address used during checkout. We do not make physical shipments or charge delivery fees for this delivery.

Processing times vary. Some products may offer instant delivery, while others require additional processing.

You must provide your email address correctly and also check your spam, promotions, or junk folders.

To use an eSIM, your device must support this technology, be unlocked, and have a compatible and updated operating system.

The presence of an EID confirms the device's eSIM capability, but does not by itself confirm that the device is unlocked.

You should also review any specific requirement stated in the product description.

Installation and activation conditions may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and product purchased.

Some QR codes may be single-use or become associated with the device after installation.

The eSIM may only be used within the destinations, networks, periods, and other conditions stated in the product and delivery email.

Some carrier eSIMs may become associated with a specific line, number, plan, or profile during processing.

This may create technical limitations on modifying, canceling, or reusing an eSIM after it has been generated, delivered, installed, activated, or used.

When you request a change or cancellation, we will review the product status, the carrier's conditions, and any rights legally available.

Requests are reviewed based on the type of eSIM, processing, installation, activation, or usage status, as well as the specific conditions of the applicable carrier.

Installing or using an eSIM may affect the technical options available, but does not eliminate any legal rights available to the consumer.

We recommend reporting eSIM-related issues within the first 72 hours after delivery.

We may request information reasonably necessary to identify your order and diagnose the issue.

Depending on the case, the solution may include technical assistance, replacement, change, or refund when appropriate.

Consumers retain the rights established by applicable Mexican law.

When applicable to the nature and circumstances of a transaction, the cancellation, withdrawal, clarification, or complaint mechanisms provided by law may be exercised.

You can contact Telefonía_MX through the channels listed at the end of these Terms to request a review.

After placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation related to the transaction.

When you need an invoice, you can use the options available through Telefonía_MX by correctly providing the requested tax information.

Personal data collected through Telefonía_MX will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable law.

There you can learn what information we collect, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and how to exercise the applicable rights.

You may not use the site or contracted services for fraudulent transactions, identity theft, unlawful activities, or attempts to compromise our systems or those of third parties.

When there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity, we may take security measures while the case is reviewed, respecting legally applicable rights.

Text, designs, logos, photographs, software, and other content available on Telefonía_MX belong to their respective owners.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is not authorized beyond legally permitted uses or without the appropriate authorization.

Certain products depend on networks, mobile carriers, technology providers, and third-party infrastructure.

Availability and performance may vary due to coverage, congestion, location, maintenance, device, or other technical conditions.

Telefonía_MX will not be responsible for circumstances directly attributable to factors beyond our reasonable control, subject to any responsibilities legally applicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms when our services, operations, technology, or applicable legal provisions change.

The current version will be available on our site and will indicate its update date.

Changes will not retroactively affect rights acquired by consumers when this is not legally permitted.

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Mexican States.

Consumers retain the right to contact PROFECO or other competent authorities and use legally available dispute-resolution mechanisms.
