Your Orange eSIM includes a Spanish operator line with an assigned number, data, and calls for use primarily in Spain and within the included roaming area of the European Union.
With an Orange eSIM, you can travel around Europe with a traditional Orange mobile line in digital format, without relying on a physical SIM card.

You will receive your Orange eSIM approximately 15 minutes after completing your purchase, between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Mexico City time, every day.
Delivery takes place via an email sent directly by Orange, where you will receive your Orange eSIM and the QR code to install it.

72 hours QR code protection
The warranty applies for 72 hours only to issues related to your Orange eSIM QR code.
It does not apply if the eSIM is deleted after installation and an attempt is subsequently made to install it again.
It also does not cover issues caused by misuse, installation on incompatible devices, or problems related to incorrect installation.
