If there is any problem with your QR code within the first 72 hours, we will replace it at no cost.

Recharge your eSIM at any time. The new package will be activated automatically when the current one expires, with a 10% discount (applies to the same package or another within the same product), from the “Recharge my eSIM” button in the delivery email.

Your eSIM can be inactive for up to 60 days before being deactivated.
